The Young Business Leaders Roundtable (YBLR) is a curated group of ambitious young entrepreneurs dedicated to scaling their businesses and growing their brands into international success stories. To join this elite group, you must first complete our comprehensive YBLR Development Program, a year-long journey designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and network necessary to achieve your goals. Our Development Program consists of two key components: 

1. YBLR Bookclub Join our monthly book review sessions, where we dive into thought-provoking literature that shapes our perspectives and inspires our growth.

2. YBLR Insight Nights
Attend interactive talks by prominent business leaders, gaining valuable insights and practical advice to fuel your success.  

What happens after the YBLR Development Program ?

Upon completing the Development Program, submit your 5 Year Strategic Life Plan and application to the YBLR. If accepted, you’ll embark on a second year of direct mentorship from accomplished business leaders worldwide, tailored to your unique business needs and international growth aspirations. NB you have to apply before you join the YBLR development program.
